Exclamation Wireless Calendar not synchronized after enterprise activation

Hello all,

I have the following problem with a customer.

After an enterprise activation every worked fine, only the calendar synchronization didn't work.
He checked the Option Wireless Synchronization: Was set to no and in grey.
He has about 25 other users without any problems.

Versions:
BES 4.1.6
Lotus Notes 8.0.1
BB 9700 (5.0)

This customer is the only one that is affected.

Can you please help me.

If it was off then change it to on and wait. It will take a little while

Unable to turn it on.

Is is in grey and unable to change the option.

Oh its greyed out. Hmm. Kinda extreme but I usually just wipe the device if I can't figure it out and start over. Or can you push new services books to it first.

Either send the service books to the user again or delete and un-delete the Blackberry [CMIME] service book.

Anybody know why all 13 of my users would have the calendar disabled? I just loaded service pack 2 on the server to match my outlook 2003 server and I can't get the calendar option to enable?

I know for me I had to update the device and vendor xml files on the BES when I switched to a 9700. I then rebooted. So it could be that, or an MS update that needed to be rebooted that created your problem.

All working now, we ended up upating the server to service pack 2 to match up with our 2003 outlook on the other server, did a restart and about an hour later all calendar sync started on the devices.
