On SBSbes 4.0 i could right click on a user and kill hand held and it would wipe it. However i cant find that in BPS 4.1. How do i remotely wipe a handheld. I see wipe and lock but we did not lose it, im just looking to wipe it so they can reactivate it.

ETA:I know they can just pull the service books to re activate but i also want to option to wipe them suckers.

you should see one that says erase hand held and disable hand held, and you should re-activate after that.
