I think my decrease volume button is not working, and I wanted to know whether there's an application or any other way to decrease volume?
For everything - media player - incoming calls etc etc...

If you have experience with soldering (or know someone who does) it's probably a pretty easy fix.

Sounds like a loose connection. Probably an easy fix depending on how brave you are. There is probably not any software to do this and if there was I would be willing to bet that it would use the volume button anyway as a control.
