Meetings Cancelled
I've been looking through the forums but cannot find an answer to this.
A user at my company has a Verizon 6750 with wireless reconcile turned on:
Delte On: Handheld
Wireless reconcile: On
Conflicts: Mailbox Wins
He never accepts meetings, his admin does that..and he doesn't even open the invites.
We are running Lotus Notes R5 clients
When he is deleting prior in his inbox, (not when he just deletes the single meeting invite) the meetings are being cancelled an a cancellation message is sent from his BlackBerry.
I am aware of the setting to have it so that if you do delete the meeting invite from your inbox the meeting will cancel, that doesn't seem to be the case here. Any help would greatly be appreciated as he is one of our higher ups here.
I've updated his handheld codes and his desktop software, but unable to test right now as it only happens when he deletes prior.
I believe the problem was resolved with the updated handheld code.
