Hey Forum family,

Been quite busy with my medical courses and haven't been keeping up with the flow of information.

I am currently running 5.0.0.419 in my 9530. It's been a while since any new beta versions have surfaced.

Is RIM done with the 9530? Has all attention focused on the Storm 2?

no they are not done. just haven't really been out yet. if you want something new, try out a hybrid version.

Well, according to a Blackberry rep I have been told all eyes are now on the Storm 2. The 9530 isn't in production anymore and developmentally speaking the 9530 is now obsolete unless a major fix is called for.

Ah well, Ill either go to the Storm 2 in the fall or see if the iPhone makes its appearance on Verizon.
