I have an idea for an application but I am not a programmer. I would like to post the idea but I am not sure where to put it. I looked around for a bit but I couldn't find an appropriate area.

If it matters, I have a 8530 on the Sprint network. The app would potentially use GPS and it would be nice if it could email collected data. I can't think of much more than that other than actually fleshing out the idea. If someone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.

What exactly are you looking for? Are you looking for an app? Do you want to write an app? Are you looking for someone to write the app?

How about the 3rd-party app forum? Most likely, this app (or something like it) is already writtten.
