Hi,

I have this wonderful device for a month and a half, and I'm suffering from only one problem, and it's a huge one.

The problem is that a lot of the caller ID are wrong, and I'm seeing the phone number or the contact name of the last phone call and not the current call, after I'm answering the call it's jump to the right number or name from the contacts.

I know that the problems occur on a huge percentage of the Bold 9700 in Israel, I have replaced my BB twice, and still the same problem, also to my friends and colleagues.

From what I know, the problems occur only on phones purchased in Israel, and not from phones purchased from the US.

I would appreciate if someone can help.

A simple search around here would have resolved that issue, as that topic's been discussed many times. Here's a clue, it's not a hardware problem. The search will resolve the issue.

and of course i have looked, the only one i can fined with half answer is this one:

Upgrade your OS to the latest one and you should be ok. You can download it from here http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...a-english.html. Be SURE to follow the directions exactly and you'll be fine.
