Hi, I have a little problem with my 9700 Bold. Yesterday I unlocked the phone which I got done through o2 (UK) and put my 3 (UK) sim card in to check if it worked. Nothing came up so I changed back to my normal sim card the o2 one, it came up saying I had one unread email. I checked and didn't and tried everything so changed back to the 3 sim card and nothing on there. But when I switched back to the o2 card again I now had 2 unread emails. Which when I received a new email made the others as read but leaving me with 2 which I cannot find.
Which carrier is the BB Activated? You would only get email from that carrier on their BIS, not both.
As for the email issue, it seems a bit strange. Is it still occurring? Might try a battery pull and see if that fixes it. And are you sure it is email you are looking for? Could it be a Text message or a BBM message, Did you look in any of the folders to see if it was there?
