Okay, I have my personal Gmail account, and then my company, because we're a small, not for profit, was able to get free email through Gmail with our own address.
I am able to access both through the Gmail plugin, however I am not able to get the work email pushed to me, so I can get rid of the Gmail plugin.
Any ideas?
I've read through this forum and the Gmail forum, tried multiple different approaches, and still nothing.

Why not try using the actual gmail application from Google themselves. I believe the address is http://m.google.com or http://www.google.com/m/ from your phone browser.
