Hello all, my first time post here so please be gentle.
We have a client running SBS 2008R2 with BBS installed, the client has 3 different models of BB handset. One bb 9700 has 2 contacts list on the handset and only 1 list seems to be syncing with exchange. The customer says that 1 contact list is correctly displayed in her Outlook while the other does not show at all.

I have checked her profile on BBS and indeed it does show 115 contacts on blackberry and verified that with outlook and 115 show in outlook.

Does the 9700 have a contacts list also on the sim? and if so how do i export it to exchange.

I have checked that wireless sync is turned on etc and followed a multitude of advice from your forum readers but nothing seems to have worked.

as a test i did add 2 new contacts in outlook and they synced fine with the handset. But, the customer said she added 2 new ones to the handset and they did not sync to outlook.

what am i missing here?
