I used this phone for about 2 months. It's in Great Condition. I used the phone for 2 months so you expect normal wear and tear. No noticeable scratches on the screen. No keys fading. The Chrome bezel has a few spots, but barely noticeable. If you do not like the phone or think it is in worse condition than I describe, I will gladly refund you the purchase price of the phone excluding shipping.
