Hi,
There is a user which has rules to move certain emails from
specific users from his Inbox to a separate folder.
This emails are not being forward to the handheld.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

go to Blackberry desktop manager > redirector settings > Advanced > Selected folders > Choose Folders.
Job done!
