Im having problems charging my phone i charge i and it wont turn on the RED led light is on and every cple a minutes the white screen with the hr glass turns on but it wont turn on

Moved to the 9500 section.

Have you tried a battery pull to see if that does any thing?

Have you tried a different charger and a different means of charging?

Do you get an error code when you see the white screen of death and the hourglass - something like JVM 507 or JVM 523?
