What happens when the error code is displayed? Does the BB continue to work as normal?

Do you have a 3rd party battery gauge installed?

Have you tried a battery pull?

You might need to reload the OS to fix it. See the yellow sticky at the top of the 9700 section.

Ok. like this, when the battery bar reach 2 my BB will automatically turn off. i tried to reset pull out the battery then put it back but still not working. then i try put in the charger it will say Device Error: 319 and reset button.

i press the reset button then it will load back normally.

i didn't install any 3rd party gauge battery

Did you purchase new? If it is still under warranty, take it back. Most likely a defective device.
