Suddenly the green key , tha red key and the trackpad will not execute when i click them

the blackberry key and the return button work fine

i did a reinstall of the firmware , the problem was fixed for a minute.

is it software or hardware?

any suggestions?

no,
i erased some sortware (live messenger etc) ,
the torch rebooted and from then on those keys are not working

the trackpad is working , except when i click it

remove the battery for 30 seconds then put it back in.

i did the battery pull , but nothing changed

the problem is that i live in Greece and i cannot retrun it to AT&T

How can i reinstall the firmware?
