I have just unblocked my 7100t of tmobile to be able to use with tmobile in the usa and with another company in mexico and if I work but a message appears: Data connection refuse

"Data Connection Refused" means the plan is not provisioned for use with the Blackberry service.

A simple GPRS account will not be enough, it really needs the dedicated Blackberry service to work... Contact your operator...
