WOW. Replacing a motherboard?!? You have talent and moxy.

You can place ANY Storm 9530 compatible OS in your Storm if you have the stock motherboard I suppose. I suggest the most current 5.0 build. I believe there is one you can download from the tip of this 9500 series forum. Just use the apploader to install your OS. There are instructions in that thread on how to upload the OS to your Storm.

Once you load the OS, just search the forum for how to get it to run on Tmo. A Google search will work too. But you are using a phone that RIM no longer supports so be aware you will not be upgrading it any further after you get it up and running.

Check the yellow sticky at the top of the 9500 section for the latest OS and instructions.

Also see the sticky on how to make a 9530 work on T-Mo.

Don't forget that it will need to be unlocked.

Default FiXED***

Fixed: turns out my charging dock is currupt and only way to fix it is to change whole motherboard ... I changed it myself.. I only did it because I got the phone for free

I don't suggest you change the motherboard on the phone unless you got it real cheap because the whole phone is not that much more than the motherboard
I also unlocked it for $0.80 off eBay

Thanks for the help
