Ok, I'm sorry for posting what I'm sure is simple and has been repeated many times on here,
But I'm at my wits end and I can't find what I'm looking for.

I have two BB's 9630 (one is the wifey's), I have a very busy and full calendar, my wife needs to know my schedule.
How do I sync my BB Calendar with her's?

I don't use Outlook or anything like that. I keep it simple by adding events dirrectly to my phone, is it possible to sync my BB calendar events to her BB calendar?

There's at least one peer-to-peer calendar sharing and scheduling app on blackberry app world. Have you looked there?
