Hi, we've noted that it sometimes takes seconds for one of the handsets to receive an application push, but then on some of the other devices (which are of the same model and on the same network) it takes literally hours...
Is there any policy or setting that we could have missed?
Also, is there a way to specifically push to a particular device if we are in a rush to get this working for that particular device?
Software deployment is typically on a 4 hour schedule.
Depending on your version of BES, there are ways to deploy software "on demand" for a particular user or group of users.
