Hi

My phone is Blod 9000

i have this problem maybe for 8 mounths ,, the problem is that every time i try to turn wifi on it says (( unable to turn wifi on ))

i pull up the battery and it didnt help i upgrade the frameware to OS 5 and didnt help i dont know what the problem is :(

before 2 days i upgrade the framware to 5.0.0.681

it was 5.0.0.464

( when i bought my phone before 1 year it was running in 4.6 i dont now if the problem cames because the os 5 )

plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me if anybody know soultion for this problem ,, because of this problem i am thinking to sell my Phone :(


and i wanna ask where is the Wifi antenna ??

Do you have a BB data plan? Does your carrier require a BB data plan before pushing the WiFi service books?

yes i have a data plan ,, and my carries require a data plan for the bb service (( i dont know if the bb service books are the same for wifi ))

If you cannot turn on WiFi, then you might have a hardware problem. Did it work before the OS upgrade?

A battery pull doesn't work?

it was working before os upgrade and i think was working after the OS upgrade for a little time (I am not sure)

Might try reverting to the old OS or going to a newer one.
