I have a user that has a Storm2 on Verizon. We activated her phone on the BES and it pulled every single contact from their exchange server (5,000+ contacts). On the Storm2, there's no way to filter out the contacts that were pushed from the BES activation, so the user wants to delete them. She's fine with deleting all of her contacts and recreating her personal ones, but the only thing I can figure out on her phone is to delete each contact, on-by-one. Can someone offer a solution please?

On the device: Options > Advanced > Service Books.
Find and delete the [DESKTOP] sync service book. Menu > Delete.

Connect to the Desktop Software > Tools > Remove Data > select ONLY the Address Book data and remove that from the device. Complete the steps there.

Disconnect from the USB.

Return to the device service books and to that service book you deleted, and press Menu > Undelete.
