WiFi Problem
Please Login to Remove!
I just purchased a Curve today, and while my phone says I am connected to Wifi, the wifi emblem is still gray. I checked my router info and it lists the device as being connected as well. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Do you have a BB data plan? You need that before Verizon will send the WiFi service book.
And please update your profile to show the BB model number. It helps us to know which specific model, not the name, that you have.

I have a Blackberry Curve 9330 using Verizon Wireless. I do have the unlimited data plan, but i just purchased the phone today so maybe my account hasn't been updated? Is there anything in preferences i need to check? Thanks.

Just to clarify - is it a Blackberry Data plan?
And please update your profile to show the 9300 as the model number. that information is needed if/when you have a problem.
