Ive got a BB Curve 9300 and have recently had a problem with the ringtones.

I used to have 2 seperate ringtones. One for the active profile and a few contact ringtones for my family members. And i recently deleted everything off my Memory Card and both ringtones were on the mermory card. They were MP3 files.

I put some new music on my BB and wanted to change the ringtone. I wanted to have just one ringtone now but everytime i change my ringtone now it doesnt change on my contacts. My profiles will display the ringtone that i want but when someone rings me the default ringer rings. I checked on contact profiles i checked what ringtone was assigned to my contacts and it was the default ringer even though in my profiles it says the ringtone that i want.

It is the same for every contact and if i want my own ringtone to ring i have to manually change the contact ringtone to whatever ringtone i have in the active profile.

Any help? Never had this problem previously.
