All right, since nobody reply to my last thread about the same problem, that's why I'm not giving more detail about my device. Here it is, my device is BB Bold 9700, currently using OS 5.0.0.862 which from Celcom carrier.

No 3rd party apps at all... I try to figure it out by not installing any apps since a lot of people saying that it is software conflict caused by apps...

Never.. I bought it on 18 Dec 2010.. I take a good care of it... It starts to wobble from the beginning...days by days...it will be freezing which required a reset for many times. And today, the reset solution doesn't help me anymore.

well if you bought it recently you should have taken it back to get it checked and they would have replaced it

So - last thing to try, is to WIPE and reload the OS...either 5.0 or 6.0 - if that doesn't fix it, it needs to be replaced.

Well, it back to works again until now. But, I didn't do anything on it! I don't understand why it froze for 5 days and now back to works. Can somebody explain this? So far the trackpad condition is good. When it freeze, it just need a couple of battery pull. And I thought it was a normal for my device. Now, it is a huge relief for me.

But, there was a couple of error on my device since on its unboxing. Which is the camera are way to blur...for distance 10cm further i can't see anything caused by the blurry camera. Second, phone call audio is too small to hear. I almost didn't hear anything including the waiting tone. I adjusted all the settings for the camera and phone call audio but nothing has changed.
