I have 3 emails address that I receive email from. Only two are showing on my Blackberry Storm 2. Where and how can I get back the 3rd one. Everytime I put in the username and password I get a message saying that the user name is empty. I don't get it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You say get it back. So, you had the email address working at one time? If so, when you look at your email addresses in BIS, do you see it now?

Where/how are you entering the username and password? The BIS app on the BlackBerry handset? On your carrier's BIS web page on a computer?

I notice you have a VZW phone. I've found their tech support people really helpful with clearing up BIS issues. Once you get the account setup with them, you should get the service books and a new icon for whatever mailbox it is. It might just be that you account settings are "messed up" with VZW...

Verizon? Aren't several complaining about BIS problems on Verizon today? May not be user or handset issue, but network problem.
