Hi,

Just picked up my new Torch this week. Great phone, except I noticed ringer & alert volume is not as loud as my old Tour.
Even with volume level set to '10' it doesn't seem as loud as my old Tour was on '7'.
I also could not find a speaker hole location like on my previous BB's.

Any comments?

I still carry a Tour for work and switched from the Bold 9700 as my personal. I noticed compared to my other BBs the same thing. I also didn't like the new tones, since I carry two BBs I have distinct tones for my different notifications. I searched for the old tones and I think Crackberry had a post with a link that you can dl OTA to put the old tones on. Once I did that I had to go back and adjust my volume because they were too loud.

With all that, not sure I can help if your not interested in the old tones.
