blackberry showing waiting sign .

i dont know what has happened to my blackberry :(
i really need help asap because i really dont want my mum to know about this as i have bought my used blackberry 3 days ago .
i just woke up 30 mints ago and faced the screen showing waiting sign and nothing , i restarted it , took out the sim and the battery and still it is showing the same sign :(
what should i do ?
if you need more question to ask , just ask and please solve the solution :$
