i have a blackberry bold 9700 i brought off someone and im trying to enable onFDN Phone list and its asking me for a PUK2 code.... what is that??

PUK2,is stand for Pin2 Unblocking Key. It's used to unlock features or other carrier supported functions.
Only the carrier can give it to you.

The other thing is the Blackberry locked to a carrier code. This is a code you can purchase. Look at the top of the Forum site for this serivce.
