Hey ive got a 8520 on virgin, but in manage connections when i click wifi options it just doesnt open it at all, closes manage connections i try again same thing, phones been reset & all and still happens :/.... Help?

Do you have a blackberry Data plan? Some carriers block WiFI service books.
As an example AT&T and Vodafone require an active data plan on the account to allow access to Wi-Fi services.
