hello everyone.

I have a blackberry 9780, os6. Although not as good as the os5 it is ok. however my e mail icon will not activate when i click on it so I cannot add new e mail addresses. My carrier cannot fix the problem they think it is corrupted software when i wiped the phone and re entered the data (from them). everything else works fine. does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

I bet it is a simple matter.

If I understand the question correctly, you click on the email icon and nothing happens? What do you have as far as [CMIME] Service books?
