Hi there,

I am fairly new to BBM... ALways been a Nokia user... With the Nokia desktop software you have the ability to go through your messages and delete them from your desktop.. Reason why I want this.. When you receive a new sms, You open it and read it... Then within the sms there is no option to delete it.. You have to close the sms, go into your messages and then delete it.. Result is that I have plenty sms's that I need to delete and sort...

The BlackBerry Desktop Manager does not have a facility to delete data like that on the device.

You should be able to delete the SMS right from the message, though.

SMS yourself.... Open the message.. Then see after you have read the message how to delete it... If you can tell me it would be great...

Go back to the Messages or SMS list. Scroll to the message and hit the delete key.
