not possible, but also probably not necessary.

If you make a direct connection (deviceside=true) and do not specify APN parameters, the connection will use the configured APN.

it is possible kewal. I was fetch it and also set new APN .please check my PC i save that code on my Pc somewhere.. i forget the API used to fetch Apn. But i know it is possible...
