Hi guys, i just purchase a bb from my friend and am new with bb.
She had a pw and asked me to change myself.
However, when i check on the options and password, it indicate that all pw is disabled!
How can I change the password?

Enter an incorrect password 10 times. Follow the instructions on the screen as it will ask you to type "blackberry" twice.

That will wipe out the old data on the BB and prompt you for a new password.
