Hello, I ordered new BB through internet and since I recieved it and turned it on buttons which are under display are still shining even if my phone is turned off. Please can anybody help me?

on in the dark or just shinning through the display ? It might be a LCD image left over for a while.

I mean the front keys (Green, Menu, Back, Red)..there are still on...I cant turn them off...when I dont touch BB, display turns off and is dark but these buttons not...I tried to remove battery and put it back, but I have the same problem..

ok , Rim offers nothing on this problem.
I would pull the battery again to reset the OS and see if that works first.

The only other thing stated in the manual for the 9800 is the keys will light when charging.

If this all fails i would see if you can get a replacement. What is your battery life? short or does it seem normal?
