I just bought a BB9810 torch. the phone can recognize and connect to wifi, but when I use browser then it said "unable to connect to the internet" I don't know why. Please help me to fix my problem. thank you very much!

T-Mobile doesn't support the 9810; what type of SIM card do you have in the phone?

You cannot use the browser without a BlackBerry data plan, even over WiFi.

Won't work. You need the WiFi Service Books which you won't get without a BlackBerry Data Plan.

Call t-mobile and have them add a Blackberry data plan to your account.

May not do the trick; unless T-Mobile publishes the 9810 Service Books (and, as of now they don't market the 9810) then it still won't work.

You can't use WiFi on a BlackBerry without a specific BlackBerry service plan. There is no way around it.
