Need help with Appworld

A few days ago, I purchased an item from Appworld through my blackberry using Paypal, a message popped up asking if I want to have all purchases pre-approved using Paypal and I clicked yes without thinking.
Now I want to disable it but don't know where to do it, any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
