I found a version of Brick Breaker by Concrete on BB App World and downloaded it to my Bold 9900. I went through the entire process, and the icon appeared on my screen. When I moved it to my game folder, the whole application disappeared. I have tried looking for hidden icons and searching for the game, but it doesn't show up anywhere. And because BBAW thinks I downloaded it, I can't download it again. Does anyone have an answer for this?

There are some apps that after downloading from AppWorld that do this same thing. Have you checked all your app folders? Also, make sure you have no hidden icon settings. Make sure you're checking the Downloads folder, the Applications folder and make sure it's not accidentally hidden also. have you hit the menu key form your main screen and made sure show all icons is checked?
