Hi, My girlfriend has a blackberry curve 9360, recently the screen cracked and i took it to a local mobile phone repair shop to get fixed, since then it hasnt been right, turning itself off, keyboard messing up etc, but i restored the blackberry to its original factory setting and it seems to be fine now.

However, it now has a new problem, the middle button doesn't register when i click it in, it scrolls but nor the keyboard or the trackpad are working at all when i try to use it, so now it is basically unusable.

Any idea whats going on, any help would be great, Thanks.

I would take it back to the repair shop and ask them to fix it. I would suspect a shoddy repair.
