hi, i am having some troubles on a bold 9900 device.

it's BES activated and gets emails from lotus domino.

sometimes if the blackberry is not able to show all the content of the email. on the bottom you can see something like more available or show more.

if I scroll down, it should automatically download the rest of it but it's not.

in the message settings Auto More is already active.

after i restart my telephone (taking out battery) it works again for a couple days.

new bes activation didn't help.

what would you suggest?
