Default Noise from keyboard. Is that normal?

I have a 7290 and it seems that hitting certain keys will create some clicking sound as if it hasn't broken in yet or something. I searched a thread and it didn't reach any conclusion rather that is normal. Can somebody tell me whether this is normal?

I had that happen on an old Nextel 7520 and it drove me crazy. I called Nextel up and they replaced it. It sounds like crinkling plastic, right?

I think it happens to all 7200 series BB's. I asked about the same problem sometime before. Mine does/did the same thing. It seems to come and go as it wants to. But seriously mine happens more or less depending how cold or warm the handset it. ie. if I'm out in the cold it happens more.

the fix is to SLIGHTLY loosten the lower torx screws. Has elminated the problem altogether with mine. Was also experiencing uneven tactile feedback from keys on the far left and right as compared with the centre. Fix remedied that as well.

My 7130e from Verizon did the same thing on the return and # keys (and the return key occasionally didn't want to do its job). They swapped it out with no questions, but then again I had just signed up with Verizon and was still inside my 15 day grace period.

All right I loosened the screws a bit and it killed most of the keyboard sound except at times when I push T or Y it still makes the sound. Those keys are in the middle are there any other ways that can kill those clicking sound?
