Default 9860 won't start up

Please Login to Remove!

My blackberry 9860 won't start up, always loading 80% then stuck

I have used BBSAK to do a complete wipe of the phone and to reinstall the OS using Desktop Software 7.1 but there is this additional problem when update is getting to end "The desktop loader is unable to connect to the device. You may need to enter the password on the device"

I will be grateful if anyone could provide some info as to how I can have this phone working again.

It sounds like your device is damaged and you should buy a new one.

More details would help.

Did you drop the phone? Get it wet? load other apps before?
did you try pulling the battery?
