Your company restricts the use. Most company phones have a restriction of some kind. It's called the IT Policy. If you modify or remove it you may be looking for another job.
Call the person or group who controls the service in your company and ask if they allow downloads or not.
In my company they fully restrict all non business use. I carry two blackberry's for that reason.
