Default Zen Theme Removed Send Option

Please Login to Remove!

I upgraded the OS and activated the Zen theme. It's GREAT! The only problem I have is that I cannot REply or Reply ALL to any email. When I do so, there is no SEND option in the menue anymore. After composing the reply I click to send, but the menu option to send is missing. In fact the entire menue is the one for selecting addressees. Anybody know what's going on here? I can compose/fprward with no problem. It's only on Reply or Reply All.

Thanks!

Are you on BIS?

Try re-sending your service books.

Does changing themes always require a resend of the service book?

Changing themes? No.

But you changed the entire OS.

I'm running out of answers then.

This thread: http://www.blackberryforums.com/show...highlight=send

suggests deleting and then resending your service books.

You did do an Enterprise Activation after the upgrade right?

How did you do that. Did you use Desktop manager to manually create an encryption key? Or did you have your IT do it?

If you did it from a BIS its not the same.

Listen to the Lantern. You have to do an Enterprise Activation after installing the DOS.

I also assume that you rebooted....

Yes. I re-activated BES and re-booted. Funny, but it all works well except for this one (unfortunately intolerable) problem. I'm running out of ideas and suggestions from folks.

had the same problem ... wiping the service books won't work. wipe the handheld. Security > General Settings > Wipe Handheld. Had some RIM tech support dogs help me out. TMO support was useless.
