does anyone know if Ascendo Photo works on the 7100i for nextel

the software loads,
but when I try to send a pic, it says open software on device then try to connect,

and every time, the same message,
what am I doing wrong, or does it not work with this device??

any ideas??

Did you load the handheld portion of Ascendo? There is a desktop app, and a handheld app that work together.

I uninstalled and reinstalled all is well,
I said no, on the connection, the first time, thought it had to do with the web
