Default Texas Hold'em Program

Please Login to Remove!

Concrete Software just finished a version of Texas Hold'em game for the BlackBerry. Currently versions for the BlackBerry 7XXX Color.

Ace's Texas Hold'Em: http://www.concretesoftware.com/TexasHoldem.html

Magmic has a Texas Hold'Em that looks better and is cheaper - also supports on-line play:

Default Texas hold'em and the 7100t

Does anybody know if these programs and games that are available for the current blackberrys are going to work on the 7100t? I just wonder how different the screen sizes are.

Thanks for you help

Yes they will work on the 7100 series ( at least the one my company is releasing). My company is releasing shortly a real-time multiplayer version, which is most likely the first one of its kind!

Stay tuned, and I may provide a beta version for this forum.

Texas Hold'em King also supports public and private tournaments. We run a monthly public tournament with free game giveaways to the top players. You can also set up private tournaments to run amongst a group of players (e.g. at your company - with giveaways from us as well).

Check http://www.magmic.com/tournaments.php for setting up those tournaments as well as links to download the game.

Magmic will be releasing a free update that incorporates amongst other interesting features (can't disclose these), multiplayer capability (faciliated through our online community).

If Texas Hold'em interests you, you'll also want to check Breeders Cup 2004:

http://www.magmic.com/horseracing/

This game is a wagering/training/racing sim. Wager play-money on races to earn enough to buy a horse, then train your horse (a la Tamagachi style) and enter it into races to earn more money and trade up to eventually win the Breeders Cup.

Games are getting better for BlackBerry with more competition arriving on the scene. Expect more interesting stuff from Magmic as we have a lot in development.

Several of our games have now been redployed with support for the 7100 device - including Teas Hold'em. Check for the 7100 icons on each game page for support: e.g. http://www.magmic.com/texasholdem.php

Cheers...

Yep - Magmic is awesome. And kudos to them for redeploying their games so that they work with 7100T. Awesome!
