For everyone who has seen class cast exceptions during Berry411 startup, especially on the 8700 and 7100, thank you for your patience.

The latest beta build of Berry411 (version 3.02, released April 30th) has been verified to fix the problem for everyone I've talked to.

Just curious but why can't address book integration with 8700 be done?

For some reason the address book integration that works on other phones doesn't work on the 8700, I don't yet understand why or how to work around this.

What are the major changes in the new ver? Is it work upgrading?

The latest version of the beta (3.03) should fix the address book integration problem on the 8700, though you might need to launch Berry 411 once before you see it.

Could someone please try it and let me know if it works?

To answer the question above regarding the major change-- there is now a Berry 411 menu item that lets you get driving directions, reverse lookups, etc. for addresses in your address book.
