One of our users phone died, we went to remove and it isn't allowing us to remove his account.

We have 2000 server
running MSDE
Blackberry Enterprise Small Business Edition w/15 users, no avail licenses

I did a search and got article number KB-04134 on blackberry.com that states to do some database shrinking within MSDE 2000. When we use the commands they gave us it gives us errors.

Anyone have any suggestions?
