I am upset right now so I'm sorry that I am not doing any [search] button here.

I have been AIMing somebody using IM+ (don't know if it has got to do about it) and I lost my PIN sound alerts. I have checked all my profiles and the alerts are all on. PIN messages through Messages didn't make a sound of a bit, then it came back. Now, it is only my BB Messenger that didn't have a sound.

Did a hard reset, soft.. nada

Any problem with IM+ you think? I have the latest version.

Seriously, reinstall BB Mess.

I have reinstalled my BlackBerry Messenger.. but nothing still.
It is just my BB Messenger.. nothing else.

When I play all my ringers and tunes, they all sound find.

I have uninstalled my IM+ as well, but nothing.

I am full of "nothing" now? drained from all the naughty things I did with
my BlackBerry?

this happened to me.

Solution:

Back up your BB --> uninstall BB messenger --> WIPE handheld --> restore info --> download BB Messenger --> be fulfilled and satisfied!
