Hi
is there a factory reset thingy on my 7290?
want to delete all contacts and return to how it came out of the box.

Go to Options, Security, press scroll wheel, and select Wipe handheld.

but i have no wipe option there at all. It is a 7290 any other ideas?

You have to press the scroll wheel. The Wipe Handheld option is in the pop-up menu.

found it, it was a bit deeper in, got there in the end.
