Default Area code problems

I have one problem that drives me nuts.
I have 7100t, unlocked, network is Mobtel, Serbia.

If I put contact in addresbook with phone number:
063 xxx yyy zzz
when I receive sms message from that person, it is not recognized, I get phone number in format "+381 63 xxx yyy".

But if I put in addressbook format of the number:
+381 63 xxx yyy
When I receive call from that person, it is not recognized.

So, basicly, I have to add to each person, same number twice, one with +381 63 xxx yyy format and 063 xxx yyy.
My buddy has 7100v, and he has not sproblems like that.

The caller ID is controlled by the carrier, does your friend have the same provider as you do? If not then that may be the answer.

I've posted about the same early today!
blackberryforums.com/showthread.php?t=40883

Just my operator is M-Tel, Bulgaria...

And its not typical, becouse I've had 4 cell phones so on, first 2 of them long time ago - old models and I have never had such a problem... Its something in the BB configuration?

edit: The Phone is BB 7100T
